Mission

Tim Johnson, founder of Timmy V.O. and Show N Tell Digital, is a seasoned voice actor, media strategist, and community leader. With over a decade of full-time voice-over experience and coaching, Tim blends creativity with technical precision. As an active Rotarian and media partner, he believes in work that speaks, serves, and sells.

2013 – The Spark Title: First Coaching

Began my voiceover journey under professional coaching. Developed core techniques, vocal stamina, and the love for storytelling that fuels my work today.

2014 – First Gig Title: Local Radio Breakthrough

Booked my first professional job — a local radio commercial — marking the official start of my career.

2016 – Doors Opened Title: Agency Interest

Attended my first voiceover conference. Approached by two talent agencies interested in representing me.

2017 – Dual Mastery Begins Title: Ecolab + Engineering

Joined Ecolab’s voiceover roster. Simultaneously began professional sound engineering to gain full creative control and reduce outsourcing costs.
